Mahtab Mollajafar is a board-certified physician assistant and an aesthetic injector at Milani Medspa. She studied global health with a minor in psychology at George Mason University and went on to get her masters in physician assistant studies at Shenandoah University in 2019.

Her passion is helping her clients at Milani Medspa reach their cosmetic goals by devising customized plans consisting of neuromodulators (botox, dysport, xeomin, daxxify), dermal fillers or laser treatments like halo, morpheus8, or ultherapy PRIME. Her favorite procedure of all time is lip fillers!

When she’s not working, she’s spending time with her corgi, playing tourist in DC on the weekends or exploring the endless food options the DMV has to offer.
