MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
All memberships include priority scheduling and require a six-month minimum commitment with monthly automatic payments. Unused monthly treatments and weekly wellness injections do not roll over. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers. Treatment eligibility is determined by your provider.
